The place was very nice, right by the main plaza and it was impeccably clean! They upgraded our room for free and gave us a room with a beautiful view! The staff was kind. When we checked out, they even gave us a small gift! Highly recommend! 😊

The location is pretty much unbeatable, just a block from Plaza de Armas yet tucked away for peace. The king room felt spacious, and I loved the comfy bed. Breakfast truly impressed with fresh juices and a wide variety of options that left me satisfied each morning. Staff helpfully arranged a taxi for my airport transfer and were eager to assist with anything else I needed. A nice touch was the complimentary breakfast sacks for my early tour. On the downside, the heating wasn't quite effective, leaving the room chillier than I preferred at night. Sound insulation wasn’t great either. I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

Breakfast was a standout! Fresh juices and choices of eggs. That cozy atmosphere. A bit tricky to find the keyhole in dim light tho. Overall, a hidden gem! 🏨

The location is excellent with easy access to city highlights. Unique architecture adds character to the entire experience.
Rooms tend to be chilly at night, with ineffective heating. blankets are provided but don't make up for the hard beds that can leave you sore. The breakfast buffet suffers from old bread and moldy berries, with limited refills that require an early arrival to avoid disappointment. also, there's an inconvenience with the hair dryer not fitting in the socket, making it unusable. Sound insulation isn't great—noisy neighbors can be intrusive.

The King Room was cool and very clean, and I loved the comfy bed. Location was awesome—right in the heart of everything, making it super easy to explore. A big plus was how quiet it was at night, so I really got to recharge after a busy day. However, the heating wasn’t great, so it got a bit chilly at night. Also, I could hear some noise from nearby rooms, which was kind of distracting sometimes.

Highly recommend for families!
Our family room was not just spacious, but it also had a fantastic view that made us feel on top of the world! The breakfast was delicious and especially the kind lady who made special tea when one of our kids felt sick, she really made our day so much better.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still a reasonable deal for what you get.
